what is d.i.l.a.?

Ask me a year ago, and I'd say that I'd never start a blog, but 3 years at a tech company, and plenty of time on my hands has pushed me to do otherwise. So for my first post, I'll keep it short and sweet. This blog is a Day In the Life of Albert (d.i.t.l.a sounded weird so I took out the "t"). This title was actually suggested to me by a certain someone, so I decided to go with it. Plus "d.i.l.a." kind of sounds like J Dilla, which makes my blog even more cool.
